We collect your data in order to process your request issued via the contact form on our website, by sending an e-mail or making telephone contact.


What personal data about you do we collect

The data collected relate to: name, e-mail, postal code. We do not collect personal data that reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, nor deal with genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health data or data concerning the sexual life or sexual orientation of a natural person.


To whom your data is intended

Your data is exclusively for authorized users within JEOL (Europe) SAS. We have no processing done by subcontractors.


Transfer to other countries

No personal data is transferred outside the European Union.


Data retention and deletion

Following receipt of the request by contact form, we are required to retain personal data, in the case of a contractual commercial relationship, or through the collection of the consent of the person if the data are treated differently. If not, we delete the data within 3 months.


Personal data security

We are committed to protecting personal data, implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your personal data. We have implemented various measures including encryption, access rights and retention to prevent unauthorized access and unnecessary retention of personal data in our systems. Data centers are fully secure: intrusion protection, fire protection, emergency power supply. Servers are fully monitored 24/24. Data security is provided by hardware redundancy devices and secure backups.

In particular, if your data is inaccurate, incomplete, equivocal, out-of-date, or whose collection, use, communication or retention is prohibited. You may also oppose the processing of your personal data.
